Plan limits

Live metric limit

Each plan caps the number of simultaneously active (live) metrics. If you reach the limit, Lighthouse blocks activation until you pause or delete existing metrics.

Free: 5 live metrics shared across the entire organization. Professional: 10 live metrics per user — a 3-user team can run up to 30 simultaneously. Enterprise: 15 per user.

Error code: LIVE_METRICS_LIMIT_EXCEEDED — pause metrics you don't need or upgrade your plan.

Monitoring frequency limit

The minimum monitoring interval is determined by your plan. If you set a metric schedule faster than your plan allows, Lighthouse blocks activation.

Error code: SCHEDULE_FREQUENCY_LIMIT_EXCEEDED — set the schedule to at least the minimum interval for your plan, or upgrade.

Billing

Billing is handled by Paddle. Paid plans are billed monthly per user. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your organization billing settings — no contracts or lock-in.

Free plan users do not need a credit card. A card is only required when upgrading to Professional or Enterprise.
